What to expect working with me.

I firmly believe that true healing goes beyond just taking supplements; it requires dietary and environmental management wherever possible. Healing without addressing these foundations is like trying to put out a house fire with a watering can.

To achieve significant and lasting change, I generally support clients over a period of three to six months. Longer timeframes are often needed for long-standing or chronic issues, where steady, positive progress is expected each month. This is especially true for skin conditions, as healing the skin requires addressing internal imbalances first; meaning visible results may appear more slowly.

Are there payment plans available?

Yes, I offer payment plans to make working together easier. I do ask that the full payment is completed before your appointment so we can focus entirely on your session.

How do I book a session?

To book a session, please complete the forms available on my website or email me at hello@victoriaodonnell.com. I’ll then be in touch to arrange your consultation. Please note that payment is required in advance to confirm your booking.

Can I work with you if I am using prescribed medication?

Yes. I can absolutely usually work alongside prescribed medications. In some cases, such as with eczema treatments (topical or oral), medication may affect how quickly we can identify root causes, which can sometimes lengthen the process slightly. It’s important that you tell me about all medications you’re taking, as I will always check for potential interactions to ensure any supplements or recommendations I suggest are safe and appropriate for you.

How quickly will I recover?

This is the question I’m asked most often, and one I unfortunately cannot answer. It depends on what is happening in your body and what your root causes are, how much you deviate from the protocol, whether you’re on certain medication — the list goes on. For some people it may be a few months; for others, years.

How often will we meet?

The frequency of our sessions is very individual. Some clients prefer more support and guidance, in which case we might meet every two weeks. Others feel confident in their healing journey and are happy to go longer between appointments. For clients addressing an underlying pathogen, we typically schedule sessions every four weeks to allow supplements or herbs time to take effect.

What if I need to cancel my appointment?

Life happens! I kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule, so I can offer the appointment to someone on the waiting list.

My approach is supportive, personalised, and focused on sustainable change; because lasting health starts with understanding and care tailored to you.
