Local Nutritional Support in London & St Albans, Hertfordshire; and online

I know first-hand how challenging life with a chronic condition can be. My own health journey changed my life in ways I never expected. It led me to discover the powerful role that whole foods, nourishing our bodies and looking beyond the symptoms can play in our wellbeing. I began to understand that our health is influenced by so much more than we often realise, and that taking the time to explore underlying imbalances and root causes can be an important part of feeling better.

This experience sparked a passion in me to learn more about nutrition and how I could help others feel empowered to take a more holistic approach to their own health.

I now work with clients to explore their health as a whole, taking the time to understand their personal journey, symptoms, diet and lifestyle. I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach, or that there is one answer that works for everyone. Instead, I want to help you understand your own needs and identify practical ways to support your wellbeing.

Based in Hertfordshire and London, I offer personalised nutritional support for people living with a chronic condition online and in person with the aim of helping you feel listened to, understood and supported along the way.

My Approach

Chronic conditions can be complex, and there is no single dietary or lifestyle approach that works for everyone. Nutritional therapy offers an opportunity to explore your individual circumstances and consider how your diet, daily habits and overall wellbeing may fit into the bigger picture - unveiling your own root cause(s).

Together, we can look into a multitude of areas such as:

Nutrition & Dietary Patterns

Exploring how you eat, your nutritional needs and whether your current diet is providing the nourishment you need.

Stress & Emotional Wellbeing

Considering the impact of ongoing discomfort, disrupted sleep and stress, and exploring realistic ways to support your wellbeing.

Identifying individual triggers & sensitivities

Identifying potential food and lifestyle triggers and understanding how your body responds to different environmental factors and srtresses.

Your personal Health History

Taking the time to understand your symptoms, previous approaches, current support and personal goals.
